Spring is finally in the air!

Yep, that's how I felt today. I got up, showered, and seized the day. Rees and I made sugar cookies for the gals I visit teach. I don't know what got into Rees because he was amazing cooperative. He sat their and played with the whisks and trucks like a champ. I was able to make the whole cookie and got them all frosted before he even realized he was was being ignored. It was a miracle. After the cookies we went for a nice long walk. Apparently it was too long though since Rees got burned (I am still new at remembering the "motherly" stuff). While we were walking, I noticed all the beautiful trees and flowers (I could even appreciate them while my face was swelling shut with allergies), the baseball teams were out practicing, the park was full of other mothers walking their babies. It was absolutely gorgeous.
