This has replaced my sneaking-chocolate-chips-addiction. Yum. My grandparents always bring it down for us and while I was there, I smuggled 3 of them home for my guilty pleasure. I am already half way through my stock and am totally kicking myself. I should have bought WAY more.P.S. for peeps who have never seen this stuff before, you are totally missing out. It is a type of cheddar cheese that has been aged differently so that it is kind of crumbly (like Feta). I eat it on toast. Yum. Yum. and Yum again.

That is hilarious what Rees does! You're going to have to get it on video! I am going to have to try the cheese and the read the book you recommended. I get all excited about a good book!
