I took this picture today while Benjy and I were on a drive. I think it sums up the area perfectly. The very majestic mountains and a caved in mining shaft. It is crappy, kind of an eye sore, full of history and stories, hidden beauty, and a scene you will remember for the rest of your life because of all the good things a place like this can bring.

Yes.... this definatly sums it up. I think this is actually prettier than the real thing. Great pic!

Where do you guys live anyway? We are hoping to move to Elko area. Is that anywhere close?
